Harvested at full ripeness into plastic bins, followed with a light crush, processing with great care. After settling must, must was fermented in stainless steel container under controlled temperature, 16-17 Co The wine was aged in 500l Hungarian oak for 12 mounth. ( 20% new oak)
Wine Description

Clear, ripe fruity fragrance with
honey and mango aromas. Full-bodied
palate, oily gulp with rounded acid
structure. Solid nectar taste with
the right amount of spiciness.

Pikeperch roasted in butter with parsley, saltwater fish soup
